  • You may have the ability to double, or even triple, the impact of your donation! Check to see if your company has an employee matching program by following these easy steps:

    1. Contact your Human Resources Department and ask if there is an employee matching program for donations made to nonprofit programs.

    2. If there is, follow the instructions provided by your Human Resources Department. Donations should be designated to Shooting Touch (EIN: 61-1544791).

    3. Once you submit your match, please let us know! Send your submission confirmation to Lindsey Kittredge at lkittredge@shootingtouch.com. Ashley will also be willing to complete any forms, if necessary, to have the donation processed.

  • Using your favorite Social Media platforms, create a #challenge, birthday fundraiser, team fundraising run, special event, or donate to honor the legacy of someone you love and care about. Here’s how it works:

    Make a #Challenge: Past and new donors compete for matched donations or bonus funds

    Peer-to-peer fundraising: Highlight your birthday, team run, by hosting a virtual fundraiser for Shooting Touch. You can set a goal amount and create a customized message explaining why you chose to fundraise for Shooting Touch.

    Facebook: With this LINK, people will be able to easily create a fundraiser for Shooting Touch. Share it with supporters and encourage them to help you raise money on Facebook. Shooting Touch is already set up to directly receive the funds you raise.

    Instagram: Search @shootingtouch on Instagram and click the “Support” button to create a fundraiser or make an individual donation. You can also create a story and use the “Donate” sticker and select @shootingtouch. We are already set up to directly receive the funds you raise.


DONATION FAQ’S

  • Yes, Shooting Touch is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Shooting Touch’s Tax ID number is 61-1544791.

  • Yes, all donations made to Shooting Touch will receive a thank you letter with tax-deductible information included.

  • Occasionally, Shooting Touch accepts new or gently used basketball gear and equipment. Some examples of these donations are: basketballs, basketball sneakers, basketball jerseys, basketball shorts, socks, sports bras, winter jackets, etc. If you are interested in making this type of donation, please email Chloe Rothman at chloe@shootingtouch.com and include what you will be donating, the quality (new or gently used), and quantity.

  • Yes, you are able to make either an unrestricted donation or restricted donation to Shooting Touch. Restricted donations can be made towards a specific program and/or initiative and can be selected when making your donation.

  • While we understand many employers offer opportunities for employees to participate in volunteer days and projects, Shooting Touch is very intentional when determining how to select volunteers for our programs.
